Puma is Concerned to Save Neymar

Neymar

Less than two weeks later, the two sides signed an agreement. Neymar has broken off a 15-year relationship with Nike and joined hands with German sportswear maker Puma. In the meantime, Neymar will be the cause of such a big headache, did Puma think?

The only problem around Neymar is now. It's a big problem. Allegations of racism have surfaced against the Brazilian forward of PSG. The French League authorities (LFP) are investigating the allegations, with a verdict expected next Wednesday.

If the allegations are proven true, Neymar will have to get a big punishment. And Neymar's punishment means the possibility of a big loss in Puma's business. So the German company has no sleep. According to the Spanish sports daily AS, Pumar has started working hard to save Neymar from punishment. The company is trying to reach an agreement with Gonzalez on behalf of Neymar.

The PSG match against arch-rivals Marseille on September 14 has caused quite a stir. Neymar himself has seen red cards in five red card matches. Crime? Alvaro Gonzalez of Marseille has been slapped on the head.

But as many racist allegations came after the match. Neymar accuses Gonzalez of racism. Asked for punishment by tweeting. "My only regret is not being able to punch the scoundrel in the face," Neymar wrote on Twitter, referring to Gonzalez.

In another tweet, Neymar wrote about Gonzalez's punishment, saying, "It's easy to judge with VAR whether I have acted violently or not. Then the picture of the racist who called me a monkey in the field should also come to the fore. If I flick Rainbow, I am punished. I was kicked out of the field. What will happen to them? '

Gonzalez, however, denied the allegations and advised Neymar to learn to "accept the defeat". After the match, Marseille claimed that Neymar was racist. Marseille's Japanese rightback Hiroki Sakai called Neymar or 'Chinese shit'! The LFP is also investigating that.

According to the AS, if the allegations are proved in the investigation, a big punishment is waiting for both Neymar and Gonzalez. If convicted, Gonzalez could be banned for 10 matches. A bigger punishment waiting for Neymar. If the 26-year-old Brazilian forward is found guilty, he will get a 20-match ban!

The official announcement of Puma's contract with Neymar came just two days before the day of Marseille's 1-0 win at PSG. Puma has made Neymar the highest earning star in football and sports — such is the news in the European media.
